Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a “Supply Chain Manager" with below requirement for our client operating in cryogenic tank production as a part of manufacturing sector in Bandırma, Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all procurement and supply chain processes,
• Manage negotiations with domestic and international suppliers (pricing, contracts, lead times, quality),
• Oversee import and export operations in full compliance with regulations,
• Plan and execute logistics operations (road, sea, air) with a focus on cost efficiency,
• Manage warehouse and inventory processes,
• Prepare and monitor the annual procurement budget, reporting regularly to senior management,
• Evaluate and improve supplier performance,
• Ensure accurate ERP data management for procurement, logistics, and inventory,
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring continuous improvement,
• Provide strategic reports to the board of directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems,
• Proven managerial experience at department head level,
• Solid expertise in import, export, logistics, and warehouse/inventory management,
• Strong skills in cost analysis and budget planning,
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills,
• Resident in Bandırma or nearby districts.
