Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

· Handle domestic and international procurement of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

· Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure cost optimization and timely deliveries.

· Monitor import/export documentation (LC, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, E-way bill, etc.) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

· Coordinate with customs, transporters, CHA (Customs House Agent), and government authorities for smooth clearance of international shipments.

· Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain inventory levels as per business requirements.

· Develop strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.

· Implement best practices in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to minimize costs and reduce lead times.

· Use ERP/SAP/Excel for procurement planning, stock monitoring, and reporting.

· Support cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Finance, Sales) to meet organizational goals.

· Track and report key supply chain KPIs (OTIF – On-Time In-Full, Lead Time, Freight Cost, Inventory Turnover).
