About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Supply Chain Manager â India
to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role will be key to ensuring
operational excellence, scalability, and cross-functional synchronization
, enabling sustainable business growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership:
-
Lead supply chain operations across demand & supply planning, production scheduling, procurement, warehousing, imports, exports, and logistics â ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Regional S&OP Ownership:
-
Drive the S&OP process across India, ME, and Africa by aligning commercial, finance, and supply teams for accurate forecasting and seamless demand-supply balance.

Operational Excellence & Resilience:
-
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agility, risk mitigation, and long-term business continuity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to execute aligned supply chain strategies that enable growth and customer success.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:
-
Build and lead a high-performing team that embodies accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while developing future supply chain leaders.

Performance & Reporting:
-
Track and analyze key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
What Youâll Bring
-
Education:
-
Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
-
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Logistics, or Strategy preferred.
-
Experience:
-
10+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
-
Strong background in
planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and S&OP
.
-
Exposure to
FMCG, food, manufacturing, or consumer goods
industries.
-
APICS/CPIM certification
preferred.
-
Experience with
SAP or advanced planning systems
.
Skills & Competencies

S&OP, demand forecasting, and supply planning
