Responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing logistics and distribution, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services to our customers.
Tasks
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that support business growth and objectives
Manage and optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency
Identify and implement supply chain best practices to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to develop and execute effective supply chain plans
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to best practices
Manage and optimize supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of goods and services
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
Develop and implement supply chain management systems and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
Any other tasks deemed necessary by Management for the betterment of Jost operations
Specifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
10+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
Knowledge of:
Advanced levels mathematics and English comprehension
Advanced level of manufacturing capabilities and processes
Basic level of safety, health and environmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
MS office software package
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
Skill in:
Organization and documentation
Scheduling and forecasting processes
Interpersonal competencies such as relationship bulking, teamwork, conflict resolution and customer orientation
