Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our manufacturing facility in Sharjah who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics and distribution to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business and production goals
• Coordinate demand planning, material planning, and production scheduling
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables
• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance
• Monitor supplier lead times, quality and cost competitiveness
• Develop alternate suppliers to mitigate supply risk
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory
• Implement inventory control systems and cycle counts
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with customs, shipping and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with production, quality and planning teams to align material availability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations
• Address material shortages and production delays proactively
• Control supply chain costs and prepare budgets
• Analyse KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment in UAE
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CIPS) are an advantage
• Prior experience within fragrance, cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
