Supply Chain Manager

Job description

Experience in Food Industry REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team in managing contracts, pricing, and logistics
- Assist with supply chain management, including coordinating with suppliers and vendors and purchasing inventory based on customer demand
- Help negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best prices and rebates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, specifically with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure items are available in the correct specs for each customer when needed
- Maintain accurate records of contract details and updates
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to contracts or supply chain
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales support or a related role is preferred
- Previous experience in procurement support or a related role is preferred

- Product Development

- Previous experience with dealing with overseas import/export

- Logistics
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected hours: Minimum of 40 per week

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
