About The Role
As a Bid Analyst of our Corebridge Business Case Development team, you will be responsible for preparing and writing Proposals, Executive Summaries, and other materials as needed for our clients and other internal/external stakeholders. You will provide timely responses to ensure that RFPs, RFIs RFQs, and standard proposals are answered accurately with up-to-date information. As an influencer at Corebridge, people come to you as a “go-to” source for help and support because of your deep knowledge and expertise. Because of your influence, whether direct or indirect, we are able to deliver powerful outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities

Support sales and retention process by preparing Proposals, Executive Summaries, and other materials as needed.

Complete Requests for Information and Requests for Qualifications as needed.

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Corebridge systems, procedures and mutual fund and annuity products.

Perform self-review of all work prior to submission to ensure compiled effectively and appropriately.

Review RFP and lead RFP Review meeting to identify all RFP highlights (e.g. plan Demographics, product requests, contract terms, various specifications)

Lead RFP Strategy Calls

Write responses to ensure RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, ITNs and standard proposals are responded to and submitted accurately with up-to-date information by the deadline given.

Production and Submittal of Databases, Electronic and Hard Copy RFPs

Attend Debrief meetings with RFP Team to assess improvements, capture key edits and prevent work stoppages.

Maintain files and records of completed proposals for follow up meetings and demonstrations.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
-
1+ years’ experience in project management with skills that include the ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple assignments in a high pressure, deadline driven environment required.

Effective time management and prioritization skills are required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of grammar, spelling, and proper business English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply strategic and critical thinking skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Experience in Financial Services, Life, Retirement, Annuities, Mutual Funds Industry preferred.
