Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain & Logistics Management

  • Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations for warehouses and retail outlets across multiple cities.
  • Ensure timely movement of stock from suppliers to the central warehouse and from warehouse to retail stores.
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and reliable deliveries.

Warehousing Operations

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock handling.
  • Implement best practices for space utilization, safety, and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs at retail outlets.
  • Develop and manage replenishment plans for all stores based on sales trends and demand forecasts.
  • Ensure regular stock audits and reconciliations across warehouse and stores.

Retail Store Coordination

  • Work closely with branch managers to understand sales patterns and stock requirements.
  • Ensure all retail outlets receive the right product mix at the right time.
  • Resolve supply chain–related issues affecting store operations and customer sales.

Process Improvement & Cost Control

  • Identify opportunities to reduce logistics and warehousing costs without impacting service levels.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
  • Implement performance metrics (KPIs) for logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics costs, stock turnover, and supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
  • Support management in strategic supply chain planning and expansion into new cities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
  • A master’s degree or professional certification or equivalent will be an advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant supply chain experience
  • Proven experience in retail supply chain, preferably electronics or home appliances
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-city warehousing and retail distribution networks
  • Strong background in retail, electronics, or FMCG distribution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
