Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Supply Chain to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics)
• Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract compliance
• Monitor demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams for smooth operations
• Review and approve purchase orders aligned with budgets
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and import/export regulations
• Track logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Prepare reports on KPIs (cost savings, lead time, vendor performance)
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Master’s degree or certifications (CSCP, CIPS) preferred
• 7–10 years of relevant experience (engineering/trading/industrial sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
