Supply Chain Manager

Key's Responsiblities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and optimize procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Forecast material demand in coordination with projects, operations, and finance teams.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ensure cost optimization, timely sourcing, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and freight planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
• Establish and improve supply chain SOPs, controls, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitization of supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to management.
• Work closely with projects, O&M, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Manage supply chain risks and contingency planning.

Qualification:

• Master in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
