Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate contracts, lead times, and pricing matrices with the core electrical and smart-device manufacturers in China.
- Monitor global raw material costs (like copper, plastics, and electronics components) to negotiate better terms and anticipate price fluctuations.
- Align purchase orders with sales forecasts and upcoming B2B project timelines to ensure manufacturing schedules in China match Saudi market demands.
- Direct and optimize the shipping pipeline (mainly ocean freight) from Chinese ports to Saudi ports (such as King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam).
- Track and optimize container capacity, freight rates, demurrages, and customs duties to maintain healthy product profit margins.
- Ensure all imported electrical items, lighting, and smart switches comply with Saudi standards
- Analyze historical sales data, B2B pipeline projections, and seasonality to predict exact stocking needs for over 5,000 active SKUs.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, acting as the bridge between the Sales/Project teams and Procurement to prevent stockouts or dead stock.
- Balance the inventory holding costs against service levels, implementing dynamic reorder points and safety stock formulas.
- Oversee the structural logistics network, ensuring smooth replenishment pipelines between the central Dammam hub, the upcoming Jeddah branch, and the main corporate divisions.
- Establish strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for delivering electrical materials directly to large-scale project construction sites on time and in full (OTIF).
- Optimize the company's internal distribution vehicles or manage third-party logistics (3PL) transport providers to ensure cost-effective regional distribution.
- Oversee the integration of Supply Chain modules within the ERP system, connecting purchasing, inventory tracking (WMS), sales orders, and financial data.
- Track, analyze, and present high-level supply chain metrics (e.g., Inventory Turnover Ratio, Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time, Supplier Lead Time Accuracy) to senior corporate leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience.
- Successful track of cost saving initiatives and digital transformation.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Pay: E£16,162.65 - E£24,687.42 per month
