Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure supply availability.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related functions.
• At least 3–5 years of managerial experience.
