You support our team as
- Oversee the procurement of all raw materials, equipment, supplies, and related items to assure adequate inventories for continuous, uninterrupted production schedules and engineering projects.
- Manage suppliers and third parties service providers including identification, selection, performance measurement, risk management, audits, communications, negotiations, contract management, and continuous development / improvement.
- Create, review, approve, and implement plans to achieve goals for budgets and spending control, labor efficiency, technology improvements, and customer service goals.
- Maintain accurate finished goods inventory levels, shipping, and logistics for InHealth Technologies (IHT).
- Ensure continuous improvement of productivity, quality, and efficiency through meaningful KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions. Ensure associates are trained and compliant with procedures and instructions.
- Identify and develop new sources of supply when existing sources are inadequate.
- Month-end close activities, including inventory troubleshooting and adjustments.
- Purchase order claims and contract of conformance to company policy.
- Oversee the Shipping and Receiving Departments to assure all raw materials and products are properly received, shipped, checked, warehoused, cycle counted and rotated.
- Capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory management including cycle counting.
- Follow safe systems of work, taking care of personal health and safety and that of others, along with environmental awareness for the site and community. Eliminating or reducing risks where practicable by complying with site safety rules and instructions and reporting hazards to management for prompt action.
- Drive and embrace the continuous improvement system and culture created by Freudenberg.
- Provide support in correcting/maintaining MM SAP master data.
- Attend monthly Working Capital, Quality Review Board meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Purchasing, Shipping / Receiving, Inventory Control, Transportation and Warehousing or related areas.
- Must have strong working knowledge of ERP systems and SAP system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a performance metric driven culture.
- Strong understanding of purchasing functions.

- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
