Position Summary

We’re hiring a Production Planning Lead to oversee site-level planning and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll manage production schedules, optimize inventory, and lead a team focused on delivering quality and efficiency. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean and change management
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years in production planning or supply chain
• Experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP systems
• Strong planning and performance management skills

Position Overview

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the production planning team
• Managing SIOP reviews and MPS processes
• Creating daily/weekly plans based on inventory and material availability
• Monitoring performance and driving corrective actions
• Supporting stakeholder communication and reporting
• Implementing process improvements
• Ensuring safety and compliance
• Coaching and developing team members
• Collaborating across departments to meet business goals
