This role will accelerate this flywheel even further. It will solidify Amazon's reputation as destination for your everyday shopping trip while drastically improving the cost-to-serve and per-unit economics.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's Supply Chain for low ASP products. This includes mapping out the inventory flows, number and cost of touches, fulfillment processes, distance to customer, customer basket economics.
- Build an analytical engine for low ASP Cost-to-Serve which will serve as the ultimate reference for actual and "should-be" costs for each unit served.
- Directly manage select initiatives to improve speed and cost.
- Define the 2030 vision for the low ASP Supply Chain, and identify key new opportunities.

3. Drive customer-obsessed innovation beyond operations - Partner with teams across Amazon to ensure non-operations initiatives contribute to the same CtS aspirations, plans and targets
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
