Supply Chain Operation Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Report to: Head of Fulfillment Supply Chain – Middle East

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our Middle East team. In this role, you will be the central control point for our end-to-end B2B supply chain operations across the GCC region. This position is a key talent pipeline for future regional fulfillment leadership.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Control: Serve as the central control point for daily operations, including customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Order Coordination: Monitor order flow from placement to delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and resolving issues proactively.
• Customer Interface: Act as the operational contact for customer fulfillment matters, coordinating with sales and customer teams.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory visibility and stock accuracy, planning inter-warehouse transfers to optimize fulfillment.
• 3PL Management: Monitor and manage third-party logistics partners' performance through data analysis and on-ground checks.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and timely data updates across all fulfillment systems and platforms.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of B2B fulfillment, including warehouse operations and transport management (LTL/FTL)
• Solid grasp of supply chain management principles and operational interdependencies
• Data-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL logistics systems and workflows
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Business-driven mindset understanding supply chain's impact on overall performance

Preferences

• Experience in logistics product design or supply chain process optimization
