Al-Nawajha Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes at Shuwaikh Port.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and customs for smooth cargo handling
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
• Lead and supervise operations teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety standards
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations (port experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of customs regulations and port operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
