Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Supply chain & Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate supply chain operations. The role involves logistics management, purchase order coordination, inventory control, and working closely with the sales and import teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations

• Coordinate with sales and importer teams for timely issue resolution

• Create and track purchase orders

• Liaise with head office for timely supplies

• Monitor import and domestic shipment schedules

• Prepare regular stock statements

• Oversee cycle counts and inventory audits at importer locations

• Work closely with warehousing and logistics partners

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Science Graduate; MBA preferred

• Experience: 1-3 years in:

• Supply Chain Coordination

• Procurement & Import-Export

• Basic Accounting

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Personal Traits:

• Young and energetic

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work on the ground when needed

• Open to dynamic and flexible work hours

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: In-Office (Hybrid option available)

• Saturday: Work from Home

• Flexible working hours based on operational needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹462,974.47 - ₹600,740.30 per year
