We are looking to hire an experienced person with QuickBooks Inventory experience. This position requires someone who possesses the ability to accurately and efficiently handle a wide variety of tasks.
You will be responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain; ensuring delivery of the right product to the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Finished Item's Set-up in QuickBooks Inventory Module
- Item Assembly Set-up in QuickBooks, for cost and inventory tracking of individual parts required to make each finished sellable item.
- Vendor Set-ups in QuickBooks
- Creating Purchase Orders & emailing to suppliers
- Follow-ups on Purchase Order delivery dates to ensure vendor adherence to datelines
- AP & Supplier Management
- Inventory Management
- Processing Sales Orders in QuickBooks
- Sending shipping and packing instructions for Sales Orders
- Ensure compliance with export policies and prepare all required shipping documentation.
- Managing work flow and delivery dates for sales orders
- Ensuring customer orders are not shipped late
- Creating Shipping or any customer specific documentations
- Communicating with shipping carriers to ensure goods are shipped on time
- Resolve complex Customer/Supplier inquiries through in-depth research and cross-functional collaboration.
- Sending Invoices and supporting documents to customers for payments
- Communication with customer’s AP on short paid/unpaid invoices & sending them back up shipping/packing documents
- Sending our AP invoices and supporting docs to Senior Accountant for timely payment
- Keeping accuracy of costing for products manufactured
- Keeping track of unsold, damaged, expired products
Qualifications:
- Computer and Tech savvy
- Advanced QuickBooks skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good documents and file organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral business English communication skills
- Typing speed of a minimum of 50WPM
- Work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and very organized
- Be able to perform with no supervision
- Positive attitude, work ethic, and ability to multitask
