Supply Chain Planner – Intercompany

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner – Intercompany to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze intercompany product/service demand and plan production and inventory levels accordingly.
• Coordinate order processes, material, and semi-finished goods flow among group companies.
• Create shipment plans, ensure on-time deliveries, and prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
• Prepare sales forecasts, inventory reports, production capacity plans, and performance reports.
• Perform intercompany data entries and controls through SAP and other planning software.
• Maintain regular communication with sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure consistency and feasibility of plans.
• Develop alternative plans in case of demand fluctuations, supply shortages, or logistics issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferably SAP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Advanced level of English (required for international companies)
• Residing / can reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and around Gebze,
