Supply Chain Planning Manager
” located in our Head Office.
General Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics. Masters degree is a plus.

At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (production) and Warehouse management, last 5 years in management role.

Solid understanding of Planning and Logistics,
-
Experience in supply chain of Food and Beverages (ie. hotel, restaurant) business
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, good knowledge of ERP Systems,
-
Advanced English skills,
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High sense of responsibility,
-
Experienced in team management, team player with good communication skills,
-
Team-oriented, able to establish professional work relationships and coordinate with different departments,
-
Detail-oriented, meticulous, result oriented, initiative taker and open to learn,
-
Able to quickly adapt to different cultures and multilingual work environments.

Project Management experience is preferred.
Job Description:
-
Coordination and communication with internal customers and own department,
-
Forecasting, planning, purchase requesting, data and stock management, defining and executing efficiency initiatives for logistics processes
-
Defining and developing process descriptions and continuous development of procedures,
-
Cascading information, best practices, rules and regulations to the branches and executing support and auditing them,
-
Defining KPIs, preparing periodical reports (monthly, and/or annual), identifying actions for continuous improvement and following up the progress,
-
Management for warehouse processes and stocks, planning and managing stok counting activities within the system, following up descrepiencies and setting action plans for improvement,

Supporting annual budget and planning process,
-
Planning and executing organizational development activities for team,
-
Identifying system (ERP) improvement needs and implementing improvement projects in coordination with the relevant teams,

For new branch openings, works with and supports the Supply Chain Director for establishment of the organization, implementation of systems and processes and the commissioning of the operation according to plans,

Conducting regular branch visits,
-
Responsible for the efficient and transparent management of the planning and logistics processes of Branches within the set framework.

Ensuring proper SHE conditions in area of responsibility.
