Job Title: Supply Chain / Procurement Coordinator – Doha, Qatar
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain / Procurement Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and logistics follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (PO issuance, delivery follow-up, shipping arrangements etc)
- Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally
- Coordinate with logistics teams for shipments, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
- Track order status and resolve supply issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain (Qatar or GCC experience preferred)
- Strong shipping terms and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
- Valid QID with NOC (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling international shipments (road/sea/air freight)
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
