What You'll Be Doing:
Handle Suppliers:
You'll set up new suppliers in our system and make sure all their information and contracts are up-to-date.
Manage Purchasing:
You will be in charge of buying all the things we need for our operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.
Check Invoices:
You'll review invoices to make sure they match our purchase orders and receipts, and you'll help solve any problems with supplier bills to ensure they get paid on time.
Solve Problems:
You'll be the main person to talk to suppliers and sort out any issues or questions they have.
Keep Things Moving:
You'll keep an eye on all pending requests in our system and process them every day.
Know the Market:
You'll learn about local suppliers and prices to help us make smart buying decisions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree, business, supply chain or any related fields

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 Profile

0-1 year experience in a procurement or supply chain role

Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management

Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
