We are seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager eager to support the Purchasing team by working cross-functionally to deliver competitive material cost and quality, meet program timing, and problem solve.

In this position...

The Supply Chain Program Team is responsible for delivering vehicle programs on time, within budget, and with compliance to key regulatory requirements. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible to lead a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers who are responsible for key sourcing deliverables (timing, cost, regulatory requirements, etc.). This role offers high visibility and significant opportunities for growth and development.


You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience.
  • Strong communicator that can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to develop effective and organized program reviews on weekly basis.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.

Even better, you may have...

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Strong data & analytics understanding for synthesis of complex data into clear, understandable format.
  • Ability to interpret and translate organization needs into specific program actions and next steps.
  • Strong knowledge across complex sourcing processes.
  • Proactive and resourceful; comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative leader and team player.

What you'll do...

  • Drive on-time sourcing of Ford Model e vehicle programs.
  • Manage competitive cost delivery.
  • Monitor and deliver USMCA compliance, EU7 regulations, and other key regulatory requests from a program perspective.
  • Represent the Program in Senior Supply Chain Manager Program Reviews as required to keep the teams on track, discuss key issues and help needed, and disseminate information.
  • Lead special requests (desktop studies, localization studies, etc.) as needed from a program perspective.
  • Prioritize training and development of team members.
  • Motivate buyer training and development through attendance at key training sessions and through creating knowledge sharing of best practices within larger team.
  • Build strong relationships within the various Supply Chain teams.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Finance, Planning, MP&L, and the various other organizations that Program Control regularly interfaces with.
