Philip Morris Egypt is looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join the operations team in Egypt.

Your purpose –

As our Service Delivery Manager, you will lead core Supply Chain streams to sustain high our performance operational business in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon. Your scope will include managing key import and export business partnerships, optimizing performance and developing functional capabilities (technology and process) supporting the market commercial agenda; and implementing PMI’s warehouse network footprint, inventory and logistics optimization goals. In addition, you will manage a small but high performing team.

Your day-to-day -

• Own an accurate Logistics Services Provider (LSP) governance model in the region by streamlining processes and deploying best practices while keeping consumer at the forefront. Hold accountability for the performance of LSPs to deliver on PMI Vision
• Coordinate and propose logistics solutions to our Distribution partners to avoid out-of-stock situations at each sales depot. Monitor production short and long-term plans and Finish Goods / NTM stocks at PM factories to ensure sufficient supply exists to meet forecasted sales and shipments. Ensure accurate execution of shipments from factories to distribution hubs for any new product launches to fulfil Marketing and Sales cycle plans.
• Proactively Lead the E2E Digitalization project to ensure full data integration to PMI System as an enabler for Sales & Operations Planning.
• Handle Inventory Projects.
• Ensure efficient Route-to-Market (RTM) solutions, for example Hub locations and deployment of warehouse infrastructure network optimization project.
• Lead cost to serve initiatives on the permanent base, optimize processes, review current set up and propose automation or elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead projects connected to cost efficiency within Service Delivery stream.
• Own Cost and Freight (CFR): Reduction of losses within the turnover of finished products
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and procedures.
• Enforce to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and procedures.
• Lead Sustainability Initiatives like Reverse Logistics.

Who we’re looking for -

• You have a University Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• You have 10+ years in Supply Chain, preferably within international and matrix organisations.
• You have validated relationship management and influencing skills, using concise language and creative problem solving to provide solutions.
• You are experienced being agile in high-pressure situations, demonstrating calmness under pressure.
• You have experience in Project management and ability to use financial concepts & terminology (profit & loss, cash flow statement) and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF)
• You have experience managing and motivating a team of Supply Chain professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
