Our client is a well-established technology distributor with over 15 years of market presence in the GCC , currently expanding with the launch of a premium retail brand offering high-quality refurbished Apple devices .

The brand focuses on sustainability, affordability, and top-tier device certification standards, and is showcased exclusively within a leading lifestyle and entertainment retail chain .

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist with strong connections to local electronics suppliers in Dubai, Sharjah, and the wider market.

This role is key in sourcing mobile devices, components, and accessories efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role is based in the Al Quoz warehouse .

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase mobile devices, Apple products, components, and accessories from suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure reliability and consistency.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations.

• Track purchase orders, invoices, and documentation accurately.

• Work closely with the engineering and retail teams to understand stock needs.

• Identify new suppliers and opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

• Maintain market awareness of pricing trends and competitor supply sources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement / supply chain , ideally with electronics suppliers .

• Strong network of suppliers in Dubai, Sharjah, and Middle East .

• Experience negotiating with wholesalers and distributors (EMAX, Sharaf DG, or similar is a plus).

• Knowledge of Apple product categories (iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Watch) is an advantage.

• Stable work history and strong communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
