Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related disciplines,

Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement and Supply Chain processes,

Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, negotiation and procurement operations,

Fluent in English, both written and spoken,

Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills,

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities,

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,

Result-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers aligned with business requirements.

Collaborate with internal project teams to understand operational needs and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Evaluate suppliers and products based on quality, cost, delivery reliability and strategic alignment.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and supplier agreements in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment planning, transportation and delivery tracking.

Monitor supplier performance and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Manage import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.

Track shipments, resolve delays and proactively address supply chain disruptions.

Inspect and evaluate the quality of received goods, resolving any issues related to damage, shortages, or non-conformance.

Analyze industry trends, demand patterns and logistics costs to support sourcing and supply chain strategies.

Maintain accurate procurement, inventory and logistics records, and prepare detailed reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory standards.
