Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support demand planning, inventory management, cold chain operations, and supply chain coordination for fresh food products.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends
• Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles and minimize spoilage
• Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance
• Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies
• Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fresh food operations
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain management
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/WMS systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
