About The Role

As a CBRE Supply Chain Sr Manager, you’ll contributemeaningfully to the advancement of CBRE’s Partner Excellence Programwithin Procurement.

This job is part of the Procurement function. Note this is aremote role, based in USA.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the adoption and utilization of the CBRE’s Partner Excellence Program in Americas region (AMS), collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and formulating data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead initiatives to maximize Partner engagement with CBRE including: i) leading/coordinating recurring internal webinars where Supplier Partners present their businesses to CBRE stakeholders, ii) leading recurring ‘innovation opportunities’, where Supplier Partners propose specific innovations geared towards CBRE’s clients, iii) ensuring performance reviews are conducted with our Supplier Partners by tracking and reporting the frequency and action items of such reviews
  • Represent procurement in planning CBRE’s annual Supplier Conference, with the objective of maximizing value for the participating Supplier Partners. This includes i) working directly with CBRE’s external Supplier Partners to coordinate their conference participation, ii) communicating procurement’s priorities and objectives with CBRE’s internal Event Planning team, and iii) overseeing the execution of key aspects of the event.
  • Contribute to the development of clear data-driven content that conveys the value of the Partner Excellence Program, both internally and externally.
  • Proactively assess and propose opportunities for process simplification and efficiencies, including the harmonization of regional processes.
  • Lead ad hoc projects as assigned by Sr Director of Partner Excellence Program
  • Assist with various digital transformation initiatives
  • Serve as point of contact for key service providers to drive cost effectiveness, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Collaborate and engage with other workstreams, clients, platform colleagues, and the account management team.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives
  • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Requires working knowledge of negotiation of contracts, purchase orders, etc.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

New Jersey Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Contract Support position is $43,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Contract Support position is $65,250 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
