Supply Chain Systems Development Specialist

General Qualifications:


  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Preferably experience as a key/super user
  • Preferably experience in Supply Chain and Procurement processes within ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, effective in user support processes, with high coordination ability
  • Preferably proficient in English
  • Strong follow-up skills; detail-oriented and result-driven work discipline
  • Team-oriented with strong coordination skills


Job Description:


• Ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of supply chain processes (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Import & Export) through the ERP system and supporting system usage.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance the ERP system knowledge and capabilities of the supply chain function and other departments within the company.

• Developing orientation and training programs required for the correct and effective use of the system; creating training resources and delivering trainings.

• Monitoring the accuracy of data entries in the system and taking improvement initiatives to enable fast and effective reporting.

• Identifying system development opportunities to ensure SoD (Segregation of Duties) compliance requirements and ensuring the implementation of prioritized actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Providing support to users on ERP system usage and contributing to the resolution of system-related issues.

• Establishing and enforcing rules for accurate and effective user authorization; conducting regular and periodic controls to assess system health and taking corrective actions where necessary.

• Taking an active role in system development and improvement initiatives related to the ERP system.

• Identifying different practices and needs across various regions and branches; standardizing processes, reporting exceptions, and ensuring the implementation of necessary actions for the effective management of such exceptions.
