Choosing Capgemini means choosing a place where you’ll be empowered to shape your career, supported by a collaborative global community, and inspired to reimagine what’s possible. Join us in helping leading Consumer Products and Retail Services (CPRS) organizations unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable growth.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to architect, build, and operate supply chain platforms—covering order management, inventory, planning/forecasting, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier collaboration. You’ll lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cloud-native, scalable web applications and APIs, ensure high availability and performance, and drive DevOps excellence (CI/CD, observability, reliability). This role blends software engineering, systems engineering, product leadership, and operational accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Own end-to-end architecture for supply chain systems (microservices, event-driven, API-first) across AWS/Azure.
  • Define technical standards: coding conventions, programming standards, design principles (OOP, SOLID), and secure-by-design patterns.

2) Product & Platform Delivery

  • Lead design and development of web applications (React.js) and back-end services (Node.js/Python), with REST APIs for internal/external integrations.
  • Translate business needs (inventory, demand planning, allocation, ATP, order orchestration, carrier integration) into reliable software.

3) Cloud, DevOps & Runtime Operations

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
  • Set up application performance management (APM) and systems monitoring (logs, metrics, traces), SLOs/SLAs, alerting, and production control runbooks.

4) Data & Integration

  • Design data models and database schemas; optimize SQL/data querying for operational and analytical workloads.
  • Build system interfaces and system integration with ERPs/WMS/TMS, supplier portals, and third-party APIs; manage versioned contracts.

5) People Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead engineering teams (staff supervision, team management); coach, mentor, and develop talent; drive career development.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban); plan sprints, manage scope, and ensure predictable delivery.

Flexible work options and a culture that values collaboration and continuous learning.Opportunities to work on diverse projects and technologies.Access to training and certifications in software development and emerging technologies.Inclusive and supportive teams focused on innovation and excellence.
