Supply & Demand Planner (Food)

Role Objectives

The Supply & Demand Planner ensures business continuity by optimizing stock levels, forecasting accurately, and leading replenishment efforts across all Fulfillment Points. They provide visibility to key stakeholders on availability risks and growth opportunities, while continuously improving the end-to-end supply cycle through data analysis and process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for securing business continuity by ensuring product availability, while maintaining inventory efficiency
• Optimize stock levels to prevent material losses, reduce logistics cost, and maintain a healthy cash flow
• Responsible for short/ medium term forecasting, improving forecast accuracy and bias
• Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfillment Points through replenishment order calculations
• Provide regular visibility to key stakeholders on any risks in availability or opportunities for growth with cross functional teams
• Continuously improve and optimize the end-to-end supply cycle, analyze data/ processes to determine root cause of issues within process and drive action plans and projects.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• 1-3 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
• Working Knowledge on supply chain planning
• Self-motivated and high level of accountability to function in dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
