Reporting To: Supply Chain Head / Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

The Supply Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supply chain and inventory management operations at JK Spices. This role ensures smooth procurement, storage, and timely distribution of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• Plan, monitor, and manage the supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Supervise loading, unloading, dispatch, and transportation of goods.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Maintain stock levels as per demand forecasts and production requirements.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO practices, and safeguard against damages or pilferage.
• Vendor & Transport Coordination
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Negotiate rates and contracts for cost-effective logistics.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply issues.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, dispatches, and stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports on supply status, stock levels, and movement.
• Team Management
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and transport team.
• Train and motivate team members to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Implement SOPs for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations (preferably in FMCG/Spices industry).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory management.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain/warehouse/logistics (FMCG/food industry preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling standards.

Compensation:

Monthly In Hand: upto 30k + PF
