SUPPLY & INVENTORY (PHARMACY & MEDICAL INDUSTRY)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

HIRING FOR NEW PROJECT:

• The role leads supply and inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, cost-effective procurement, and uninterrupted material availability.
• Responsibilities include developing supply and inventory strategies, overseeing supply planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution, and ensuring accurate inventory data within ERP systems.
• The position monitors inventory turnover, vendor performance, warehouse efficiency, and stock accuracy while coordinating closely with procurement, finance, logistics, and operational teams.
• It manages inventory risks, ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards, supports audits, and enforces safety protocols.
• The role also trains and mentors teams, promotes continuous improvement, and reports key inventory metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain or inventory management, including 5 years in leadership. Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), inventory control expertise, and vendor negotiation skills are required.
