Supply Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

In the role of Supply Manager, you will be responsible for End to End sourcing, onboarding and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensure strict adherence. You will take up Vendor Negotiations and contribute to owning Product Margins.

Responsibilities :

• Tracking of vendors' project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.
• Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, reward,s and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues.
• Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
• Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 2/ Tier 3 institute.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management or operations.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills – Verbal & Written.
• Moderate skill of excel, ppt, word.
• Good aptitude.
• Extremely high level of ownership.
• Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
