The Team

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and operationally strong Supply Manager to manage the teacher supply side end-to-end. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting teacher engagement and retention, and maintaining a healthy balance between supply and demand.

The Supply Manager will also oversee the full teacher lifecycle in coordination with Faheem's leadership, including attracting, onboarding, and offboarding teachers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the teacher supply function end-to-end and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Handle teacher-related processes including:
  • Payments and follow-up coordination
  • Performance tracking and improvement follow-ups
  • Managing complaints and issue resolution
  • Processing experience letter requests
  • Ensuring accurate updates and actions are recorded in the system
  • Apply marketplace best practices to ensure supply availability, quality, and engagement.
  • Monitor supply performance and identify gaps impacting demand fulfillment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational improvements and a better teacher experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Growth or Marketing Manager with strong KPI-driven results
• 3-5 years of experience in supply operations, marketplace operations, or supply & demand management.
• Background in a marketplace environment.
• Strong understanding of marketplace supply and demand dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate system records.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
