Job Purpose:
The job holder will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory availability across Splash stores and online platforms. The role focuses on aligning supply plans with seasonal buying strategies, collection launches, and in-season performance to drive product availability, minimize excess stock, and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective supply plans in alignment with the buying and merchandising calendars, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal collections.

Forecast product requirements by analyzing historical sales trends, sell-through rates, and assortment performance.

Monitor stock levels across stores and DCs to maintain the right balance between availability and inventory efficiency.

Coordinate with buyers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound product flow.

Support the launch of new collections, campaigns, and promotions through accurate demand forecasting and stock allocation.

Review product life cycles to plan replenishment, phase-outs, and markdown strategies effectively.

Identify slow-moving or overstocked SKUs and propose corrective actions such as inter-store transfers or liquidation plans.

Prepare and share inventory performance reports highlighting fill rates, stock turns, and availability KPIs.

Collaborate with regional and store teams to understand local demand variations and ensure stock alignment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Fashion Merchandising.

2–4 years of experience in supply or demand planning within fashion retail or apparel.

Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP/Planning tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Good understanding of seasonality, fashion product life cycles, and retail assortment planning.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, agile, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, trend-driven retail environment.
