Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain stable production plans to optimize inventory, capacity, and efficiency.
- Communicate daily and weekly production plans with operations teams.
- Verify changeover times, standard hours, rates, and capacity in planning systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering on forecasting and scheduling.
- Ensure all required production materials are ordered and available.
- Create, manage, and close shop orders in IFS.
- Coordinate with purchasing, materials teams, and department leaders on shortages and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate material reporting and develop required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Apply 5S principles within work and storage areas.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain strong product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in planning, stockroom, warehouse, or inventory movement.
- Knowledge of MRP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Understanding of shipping methods and cost-effective logistics.
- Strong decision-making, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and demonstrate initiative.

Pay: $47,231.13 - $56,880.50 per year
