Supply Planning Analyst (Materials)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Analyst with a focus on MRP Planning. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in supply chain and planning while working in a dynamic, international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring materials availability, creating production plans, and supporting Europe with optimized supply strategies.

Responsibilities:

Support MRP planning activities, ensuring materials are available on time for production.
Review and maintain detailed line scheduling plans to secure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and business waste projections, working closely with the market to balance service and efficiency.
Track key service metrics, analyze root causes of underperformance, and support corrective action plans.
Act as a bridge between the Market and GBS, ensuring integration and alignment.
Support product lifecycle changes (new launches, phase-ins/phase-outs) by setting up supply planning systems and communicating updates to scheduling teams.

Qualifications:

What we’re looking for

English fluency (written and spoken).
1+ year of experience in supply chain, planning, or materials management (internships or entry roles count).
Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables, pivot charts, data validation, data cleansing, formulas).
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of SAP (desirable, not required).
