Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our supply planning processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of cross-functional collaboration to balance supply and demand efficiently. This role includes leading a team of planners, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring high customer service levels while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the supply planning team in developing consolidated supply plans aligned with business forecasts and manufacturing capabilities.

Manage inventory levels by setting safety stocks, reducing excess, and maintaining optimal days of supply.

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, sales, logistics, and quality teams to resolve supply chain constraints and improve processes.

Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs, providing leadership with actionable insights and driving continuous improvement programs.

Oversee new product launches and phase-outs, including inventory planning and supply risk mitigation.

Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and high team performance.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Certification from APICS (CPIM, CSCP), CSCMP, or Six Sigma is highly desirable.

Proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle EBS, ASCP).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment.

Experience in Automotive Chargers, Batteries, accessories is preferred.
