About the role:

To plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for your designated portfolio within the CPP and CHP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed stock levels for packaging and ingredients.
• Collaborate with Operations Purchasing to address supply issues and manage their impact on material requirement plans.
• Maintain working capital within budget by optimizing inventory levels through detailed planning and regular reviews.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, considering warehouse space constraints.
• Ensure full utilization and efficiency of the Blow and Injection Molding facility.
• Develop material and ingredient run-out plans to minimize obsolete stock and maximize usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in project management
• Fluent in English
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Basic data handling and reporting
• Proficient in preparing presentations and training materials
• Effective communication and coordination
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SAP
• Ability to support project logistics and documentation
