What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Supply Planning & Warehouse Lead will oversee end-to-end supply and demand planning, S&OP processes, and warehouse operations. The role is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, high forecast accuracy, and efficient material flow to support business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, with proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP cycles, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in improving demand predictability, service levels, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

You will collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and Business teams to align demand and supply plans, drive forecasting consensus, and ensure effective execution of monthly planning cycles and warehouse operations.


How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Manage demand planning process to ensure high predictability of short- and medium-term demand (0–6 months) to support service levels and material planning.
  • Manage monthly S&OP process integrating all business plans and ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and Business teams to agree on demand plans and apply “what-if” scenario analysis for course correction.
  • Conduct monthly business planning and review cycles to ensure smooth execution and alignment with targets.
  • Track sales performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to meet demand objectives.
  • Perform causal forecasting, trend analysis, and evaluate marketing effectiveness on demand.
  • Conduct ageing and expiry reviews to minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Drive convergence of demand in case of supply constraints or business changes.
  • Prepare weekly demand scorecards with analysis of misses, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and ERP/WMS system updates.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Lead warehouse team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and discipline.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP cycles, and warehouse operations within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization, and hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional teams and warehouse operations effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align business, commercial, and operational teams.
