About The Role

The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the performance, efficiency, and scalability of the end-to-end supply chain across our e-commerce operations. This role ensures optimal product availability, disciplined inventory management, cost control, and consistent service levels across suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Manager drives data-informed planning, strengthens vendor relationships, improves operational workflows, and implements scalable processes to support growth. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, structured execution, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business growth objectives, driving scalable planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead demand planning and sales forecasting processes, leveraging historical data and market insights to ensure inventory readiness and service level performance.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory governance, optimizing stock levels, minimizing obsolescence, and strengthening warehouse receiving, fulfillment, and returns operations.
• Direct procurement and vendor management, including contract negotiations, SLA oversight, and supplier performance accountability.
• Manage full-spectrum logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective transportation, on-time delivery, and continuous carrier performance improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to align supply chain execution with product launches, promotions, and operational priorities.
• Leverage analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify process improvements, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics leadership experience, ideally within e-commerce or retail environments.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution network optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven vendor negotiation and performance management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience with automation, dropshipping or omnichannel models, international logistics and compliance, and certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma.
