Support Analyst (Male)

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage accounts for email marketing campaigns.
• Handle purchased accounts and ensure proper usage.
• Upgrade and maintain accounts as required.
• Create and manage seed lists for email marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of seeds to improve campaign deliverability.
• Test campaigns and track performance to optimize results.
• Monitor the performance of executives managing accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to respective accounts.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Female candidates only.
