Support Call Agent

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Shift Details:

  • Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Location: 31/A-Plaza, AA Block, Sector D, Canal Heights, Bahria Town Lahore
  • Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
