We are looking for a Support Co-ordinator to join our Independent & Supported Living Services team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is compassionate, organised and committed to delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support to families with diverse and complex needs.
About the role
As a Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our specialist housing services run smoothly, safely and effectively. Working closely with a Scheme Management Officer, you will support residents living in temporary supported accommodation, supporting them to maintain independence, improve wellbeing and successfully transition into permanent housing.
This role requires you to consistently apply a trauma-informed approach, recognising the impact of trauma and adapting your practice to promote safety, trust, and positive outcomes for residents.
You will be responsible for safeguarding and risk management, resident engagement and providing day-to-day support to families with diverse and complex needs. As a visible and trusted presence within the service, you will build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies, helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can thrive, build confidence, resilience and independence.

Our offer to you
Salary: £28,072
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, generally worked Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Onsite working within our supported temporary accommodation in Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY
