- Responsible for resolving client issues via onsite , Email, Phone and Remote software
- Maintain accurate records of daily communications and issues resolve
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures and standards
- Be able to understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely
- Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Installation/Training of the software at client side or on call
- Can arrange and show the demonstration at client side
- Can travel all over India
- Submission of Daily/Weekly or Monthly support activity to the Senior
Qualification/ Key Skills
- B. Tech, Diploma/degree
- Computer application skills needed
- Knowledge in MS SQL Server
- Windows Operating System
- IIS Configuration
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Preference for Male candidates
