1. Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions via phone, email, or chat.
2. Educate customers about our products and help them use the features effectively.
3. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the engineering team.
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues with patience and clear communication.
5. Document common issues and solutions to improve internal knowledge base.
Skills:
1. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
2. Basic technical understanding of our product and ability to explain it 3. clearly to customers.
4. Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
5. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
