Support Engineer

Strong hands-on experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/Red Hat) and Windows Server administration.

Knowledge of Hyper-V/VMware ESXi/vSphere/Proxmox VE

Experience configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate and SonicWall firewalls.

Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).

Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Proxmox Backup, Windows Backup, etc.).

Ability to work independently and handle on-call support when required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, VCP, Fortinet NSE, or SonicWall CSSA.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Knowledge of scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for system administration.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network security.
