Support Engineer (Arabic/English Speaker)

We’re expanding our Support team and seeking a diligent ARABIC Support Engineer to help us scale effectively and provide technical assistance to customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience, etc..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer or related engineering fields.
• Intensive knowledge in SQL server and databases.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux / macOS).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Diligence, quality focused.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-initiation.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software, applications, hardware, enterprise solutions.
